Yoga Therapy is the opportunity to be a "yogi" no matter your situation in life. Yoga is a gift that can be accessible to anyone and everyone. It is about the importance of gaining the knowledge to access the tools needed to create ease of movement, calming of the body and mind, and possibly even alleviate the pain in life, physical and/or emotional. This is a very powerful and empowering thing if we can be gently guided in a way that allows us to find the strength within ourselves to create a life we've dreamed of. There is true freedom in that!
